Since 1984, Pollo Riko has been the heart of flavor in Hialeah. Founded by a brave mother who emigrated from Latin America with her children. Pollo Riko was born with a dream: to bring the authentic taste of her homeland to every family’s table through a rotisserie chicken that honors her grandmother’s recipe. A family recipe that, after three generations, continues to win hearts across South Florida.
